| 4 bars | First couple turn with right hand and cast off one |
| 4 bars | First couple turn with left hand and lady cast up and man down to form lines of three across the dance |
| 4 bars | Balance three and three across the dance twice, first couple turning single to own sides on last bar |
| 4 bars | Balance three and three on the sides twice |
| 4 bars | Circle left at the bottom |
| 4 bars | Four changes of a circular hey at the top |
| Repeat whole dance from progressed position. | |
| For 3-couple set: end with circle left at top and three changes and a turn single at bottom | |
