| 8 bars | The first man and opposite lady follow each other around the outside of the set, once around to the left |
| 8 bars | The first man and opposite lady move into the set, set to each other holding right hands and then left; and two-hand turn home |
| 8 bars | All eight follow each other half way around the circle, and then turn and follow each other home |
| Repeat for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th men. | |
