| 8 bars | Both couples set to their neighbour, the ladies join hands and change sides with the men; then all set to their neighbour and return |
| 8 bars | First couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place; then the lady casts up between the top couple, and the man cast down between the bottom couple |
