Introduction and honours (4 bars)
8 bars	1st and 2nd couples right hand across and left back
8 bars	1st couple lead down the middle and up and cast to 2nd place
2 bars	Both couples give right hand to partner and balance forward and back
2 bars	Change places men turning partners under their arms
2 bars	Repeat giving left hand to partner and balance forward and back
2 bars	Change places men turning partners under their arms
4 bars	All right hand turn the dancer diagonally to their right
4 bars	All turn their partner one full turn with left hand
Repeat whole dance from the progressed position
