8 barsThe first couple dance a whole figure-of-eight around the second couple
8 barsThe first couple lead through the second couple and cast back up to the top; then two-hand turn
4 barsThe first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up
4 barsSwap diagonals at the top passing near shoulder each time; begin with the first man and second lady, the couples passing back-to-back
8 barsDouble Triangle: The first lady goes around the second man (right), then around the third man (left); meanwhile, the first man goes around the third lady (right) and around the second lady (left)
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
