8 barsThe top two couples set to their neighbour, the ladies join hands and change sides with the men; then all set to their neighbour and return
8 barsThe first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up; then the first couple allemande turns (back to back)
8 barsThe first couple advance, pass each other, then turn their first corner; then pass each other again, and turn their second corner
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
