16 bars	The Labyrinth: the first couple cross and cast below the second couple, cross up through the second couple, and cast down below the third couple; then cross up through the third couple, cast back below them, cross back to their own sides and return to places behind the second couple
4 bars	The first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up
4 bars	Swap diagonals at the top passing near shoulder each time, begin with the first man and second lady
8 bars	True Lovers Knot: the top (second) lady and third man pass each other by the right shoulders in the centre of the set, then continue around the middle person to their right, and return home; as soon as they have passed each other the third lady and top (second) man pass each other by left shoulders in the centre of the set, and continue around the middle person to the left, and return home; then repeat
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
