Introduction and Honours (8 bars)
4 bars	In 4 bars, first couple pass right shoulder and half figure of eight round side couples from outside
4 bars	Head couple and opposites right hand star
4 bars	First couple pass right shoulders and half figure of eight round side couples from inside
4 bars	First couple turn with two hands
4 bars	Both head couples turn R hand into line of four with men back to back
4 bars	Long balance to partners
8 bars	Reel of four across the dance, finish at home position
Repeat the dance for the second, third and fourth couples in turn
