8 barsThe first and second couples set to their neighbour, the ladies join hands and change sides with the men; then set to their neighbour and return
8 barsThe top two couples join hands and circle once around
8 barsThe first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up; then the first couple allemande turns (back to back)
8 barsThe top two couples set on the diagonals, then first corners change places, then second corners; then set and change places back again
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
