Introduction and Honours (4 bars)
8 barsAll six hands across with right hand and left hand back
8 bars1st couple lead down the middle and up and cast into second place
4 barsAll give right hand to partner and balance forward and back and change places men turning partners under their arms
4 barsRepeat giving left hand to partner and balance forward and back and change places men turning partners under their arms
4 barsAll turn the dancer diagonally to their right with right hand
4 barsAll turn the dancer diagonally to their left with left hand
Repeat whole dance from the progressed position - spare dancers at top and bottom may turn or dance hands across where possible
