8 barsThe first and second couples set to their neighbour, the ladies join hands and change sides with the men; then set to their neighbour and return
8 barsThe first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, the second couple move up
8 barsSwap diagonals at the top passing near shoulder each time; begin with the first man and second lady, the couples passing back-to-back
8 barsThe first couple lead through the bottom and top couples
8 barsThe first couple join hands, and gallop out at the mans side, then return; then gallop out at the womens side, and return
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
