8 barsThe first and second couples set to their neighbour, the ladies join hands and change sides with the men; then set to their neighbour and return
8 barsThe first couple lead down the middle four couples and back, then cast off into second place
8 barsAll six join hands and circle left once around, and back again
4 barsThe first couple pousette with the second couple once around
4 barsThe first couple pousette with the third couple once around
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
