| 8 bars | All eight dance a Grand Chain |
| 8 bars | The head couples chasse croise, then cross the set into opposite places, then chasse croise and cross home |
| 8 bars | The head couples dance forwards and set to the couple on their right, then all eight separate into two lines of four |
| 8 bars | The two lines advance and retire, then advance and resume partners to turn home |
| Repeat for the side couples. | |
