8 barsThe first man leads the second lady down the middle while the second man keeps track outside the dance; then both men lead her back in the Triumph hold
8 barsBoth couples set to their neighbour, the ladies join hands and change sides with the men; then all set to their neighbour and return
8 barsThe first couple one and a half Pousettes with the second couple
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
