Introduction and Honours (8 bars)
8 bars	All 8 dance a whole circle to the right
8 bars	The first man advance and retire twice
8 bars	The opposite lady advance and retire twice
8 bars	All chasse croise to the corner & set twice; half turn the corner person, changing places with them
8 bars	The 4 ladies hands across round and back, ending in front of their partners
8 bars	The 4 ladies set with partners, without letting go of hands; then the 4 couples turn home
Repeat for each couple in turn
