4 bars	The first couple lead down the middle, then return to the top
4 bars	The first couple two hand turn
4 bars	The first couple cast down two places, the second and third couples move up
4 bars	The first and third couples four changes of a circular hey at the bottom
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
