16 bars	The top two couples set twice to their partner, then two changes of a circular hey; then set to their neighbour and back again
8 bars	The first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up; then the first couple allemande turns (back to back)
8 bars	The first couple travel to their right hand corner and set, then travel to left hand corner and set, then return to places
16 bars	All six circle left, and back again
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
