4 bars	First couple cast below the second couple, then lead up the middle back to first place
4 bars	Two couples set to their neighbour, ladies join hands and change sides, then set to neighbour and return
4 bars	The first man and second lady approach their partners, over-head allemande turn their partner (pirouette), and drop back home
4 bars	The first couple promenade round into the second couples place, the second couple lead up
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
