8 bars	The first couple cast off two couples and change sides at the bottom, the second and third couples move up
8 bars	The first couple cast up two couples and change sides at the top, the second and third couples move down
8 bars	The first couple lead down the middle and back, and cast off into second place
8 bars	The first and third couples join hands and circle left and right
16 bars	The first couple set and allemande turn, then set and allemande turn back again
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
