8 bars	The first couple lead down the middle and back, and cast off into second place
8 bars	The first couple Allemande turn
16 bars	The first couple half turn with the right hand, then turn their right hand corner with the left, then right hand turn partner and left hand turn the contrary corner
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
