Introduction and Honours (8 bars)
8 bars	The head couples Chaine Anglaise
8 bars	The four ladies advance and retire, then the four men advance and retire
4 bars	The first and third couples balancez to meet on a diagonal plane, the second and fourth couples the same
4 bars	Turn the person you have advanced to meet, end facing out in lines of four
8 bars	The two lines advance out, retire, advance again, then the couples turn into their original places
Repeat the dance with the side couples leading
