8 bars	Both couples set to their neighbour, the ladies join hands and change sides with the men; then all set to their neighbour and return
8 bars	First couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place; then the lady casts up between the top couple, and the man cast down between the bottom couple
8 bars	Set in lines across, then the first couple three-quarter turn into the middle, ending improper
8 bars	Set in lines at the sides, then the first couple half turn
16 bars	Circle left at the bottom, then four changes of a circular hey at the top
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
