8 bars	The first lady set to the second man, and two hand turn once around; repeat for the first man and second lady
8 bars	The first set, then couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, the second couple move up
8 bars	The first couple swing partner, then first corner, then partner and then second corner
8 bars	The first couple lead out between the ladies and cast around into the centre, then out between the men and cast home
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
