8 bars	The first couple cast off two couples and back again
4 bars	First couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up.
4 bars	The first and third couples join hands and circle once around
8 bars	The first couple swing partner, then first corner, then partner and then second corner
8 bars	All six turn to face outwards, and lead out and set; then turn to face back in and return to places and set
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
