8 bars	The first couple turn with right hand and cast off one
8 bars	The first couple turn with left hand and the lady cast up and man cast down to form lines of three across the dance
8 bars	All six set in lines across, then the first couple one and a quarter turn into second place
8 bars	All six set in lines, then the first couple turn
16 bars	All six join hands and circle left once around, and back again
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
