4 bars	The first couple lead down the middle and back, and cast off into second place
4 bars	The first couple turn their right hand corners; then turn their left hand corner, but ending in the centre of the set
4 bars	The first couple lead out between the men, the first man performs a figure 8 at the top, first lady at the bottom
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
