16 bars	The first couple swing with right hands around the second couple, then with left as the second couple move up
16 bars	The first couple lead through the bottom couple and cast back to the middle; then pousette once around with the couple at the top
16 bars	The first couple travel to their right hand corner, set, then travel to their left hand corner, set, then return
16 bars	The first and third couples join hands and circle left at the bottom; then the first couple allemande (back to back)
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
