DOUBLE FIGURE
4 bars	The second and third couples turn to face outwards as the first couple cross down between them, all join hands in threes and back-step, turn to face inwards, and back-step in lines again
4 bars	The first couple set, and half turn
8 bars	The first couple half figure at the bottom, then two-hand turn each other 1.5 times
8 bars	The first couple cast up and around the top couple, then cast down and around the bottom couple
8 bars	The first couple travel to the right hand corner and set, then travel to the left hand corner and set, then return
8 bars	The first couple lead through the bottom and top couples
8 bars	All six join hands and circle left once around
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
