8 bars	The first couple cast off two couples and back again
8 bars	The top two couples set on the diagonals, then first corners change places, then second corners; then set and change places back again
8 bars	The first couple join hands and slip down the middle, seconds moving up; then return to the top and cast into second place
8 bars	The first couple travel to the right hand corner and set, then travel to the left hand corner and set, then return
8 bars	The first couple swing partner, then first corner, then partner and then second corner
8 bars	All six join hands and circle left once around
