8 bars	The first couple cast off two couples and back again
8 bars	The first couple dance a whole figure-of-eight around the second couple
8 bars	The first couple swing with right hand and cast off one couple, then allemande (back to back)
8 bars	The bottom two couples set on the diagonals, then first corners change places, then second corners; then set and change places back again
8 bars	The first couple lead through the bottom and cast back to the middle; then pousette with the couple at top once around
8 bars	The top two couples turn to face each, set, and change places along the line; then the first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, the second couple move up
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
