8 bars	The three ladies take hands and lead around the three men, the men move forward and back
8 bars	The three men take hands and lead around the ladies
8 bars	The first couple cross and cast down into second place, then cross and cast down below the third couple
8 bars	The first couple cross and cast up into second place, then half figure up through the top couple and return to second place
8 bars	The first couple travel to their right hand corner and set, then travel to left hand corner and set, then return to places
8 bars	Lead Outsides: The first couple join hands, and gallop out at the mans side and set; then gallop to the ladys side, return and turn in the middle back to progressed places
8 bars	The top two couples set on the diagonals, then first corners change places, then second corners; then set and change places back again
8 bars	All six join hands and circle left half way around, and back again
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
