16 bars	The top two couples set to each other, then right hand star; then set and left star back again
8 bars	The first couple perform a whole figure 8 down their own sides
8 bars	The first couple cross and cast below the second couple, then perform a half figure of 8 down through the bottom couple
8 bars	Double Triangle: The first lady goes around the second man (right), then around the third man (left); meanwhile, the first man goes around the third lady (right) and around the second lady (left)
8 bars	The first couple dance a figure of eight around the second (top) couple, and back home
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
