5 Couples Longways dance in Jig time with double progression

Introduction and Honours (4 bars)
8 bars	All set to partners, pass right shoulder and turn single. Repeat back to home position
8 bars	All lead down dance, turn lady under the mans arm and back up. First and third couples cast and finish back to back in centre, men face down, ladies up
8 bars	All demi-balance R&L, circle left and break to finish facing partner in progressed places. Set again
8 bars	All overhead Allemande right with partner, then left overhead allemande back while first and third couples cast
Repeat from progressed positions and also a new couple starting at the top
