8 bars	The first couple allemande with right hand half around, then allemande their neighbours half around with the left hand
8 bars	The first couple allemande their neighbours half around with the right hand, then allemande partners half around with the left hand
8 bars	The first couple lead down the middle and back, and cast off into second place
8 bars	All six join hands and circle once around
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
