8 bars	The first couple start a chain figure of six around the set
4 bars	The first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up
4 bars	Swap diagonals at the top passing near shoulder each time; begin with the first man and second lady, the couples passing back-to-back
8 bars	Lead thro the bottom & round the top contrary sides: the first couple cross down through the bottom couple, dance up the outside of the set to the top, then cross back through the top couple to places
8 bars	The first couple join hands, and gallop out at the mans side, then return; then gallop out at the womens side, and return
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
