8 bars	The first couple cast off two couples and back again
8 bars	The first couple start a chain figure of six around the set
8 bars	The first couple cross and cast below the second couple, then perform a half figure of 8 down through the bottom couple
8 bars	Whole Figure Contrary Corners: the first couple cross and cast below the bottom couple, then cross up between the top couple and cast back to the middle
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
