8 bars	The first couple start a chain figure of six around the set
8 bars	The first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up; then the first couple allemande (back to back)
8 bars	Through the Bottom and Round the Top Contrary Sides: the first couple lead through the bottom couple and cast around them, then cross into their partners place and up around the top person before returning home
8 bars	The first couple join hands, and gallop out at the mans side, then return; then gallop out at the womens side, and return
8 bars	The first man dances a figure of eight around the third couple at bottom, the first lady does the same with the second couple at top
8 bars	Round Top and Bottom Couple: The first lady cross down and behind the bottom couple and returns to place, then cross up around the top couple and returns to place; the first man cross up and behind the top couple and returns to place, then cross down and behind the bottom couple and returns to place
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
