8 bars	The top two couples set to each other, then right hand star; then set and left hand star back again
8 bars	The first couple lead down the middle, through the bottom couple and cast up into second place; then through the top couple and cast back to progressed position
4 bars	The first couple two hand turn
4 bars	The top two couples four changes of a circular hey
