8 bars	The first man set to the second lady, then two hand turn
8 bars	The first lady set to the second man, then two hand turn
8 bars	The first couple cross and cast around the second couple, then cross and cast back home
4 bars	The first couple join hands and gallop down two couples, then return to the top
4 bars	The top couple set, and cast to second place
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
