8 bars	The first couple swing with right hands half around then cast into middle position; then swing with left hands and cast back to the top
8 bars	The first couple lead down the middle, through the bottom, and cast up into second place, then through the top couple and cast back to the middle
8 bars	Lead Outsides: The first couple join hands, and gallop out at the mans side and set; then gallop to the ladys side, return and turn in the middle back to progressed places
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
