4 bars	Cast up one, cross over and dance round the top couple
4 bars	Lead down through the third couple and cast up one
4 bars	Lead up through the top couple and cast off one
4 bars	Hands four at the bottom
4 bars	Swap diagonals at the top and swap back
Repeat the dance from the progressed position
