Introduction and honours (1 bars)
8 bars	First man cast off, then set to and turn third lady with two hands
8 bars	First lady cast off, then set to and turn third man with two hands
8 bars	Hands six quite round and back
8 bars	Third couple gates first couple down through, then second couple gates them up
8 bars	Right hands across with third couple then left hands across with second couple
8 bars	First and third couples three changes of circular hay then first couple cast off one more place
Repeat from new position, while new top couple starts at first couple. In 3-couple dance replace last pass with a turn single.
