Introduction and Honours (4 bars)
8 bars	First and second couples right hands across half way and turn single left, then left hands across half way and turn single right
8 bars	First couple lead down the middle and jete assemble. Cast up to middle position and jete assemble
8 bars	First couple turn right-hand corner with right hand and left-hand corner with left hand
8 bars	Hay on their own sides, first couple start facing down
Repeat dance from progressed position. For 3-couple version, first couple add an extra loop to the hay to end at the bottom and new couple starts at top
