8 bars	The first man and opposite lady dance to the couple on their left, join hands and circle half way, then back again and fall back home
8 bars	The first man and opposite lady dance to the couple on their right, join hands and circle half way, then back again and fall back home
8 bars	The head couples set to partners and two hand turn
Repeat for each man in turn
