Introduction and Honours (8 bars)
8 bars	The four ladies circle on the inside of the set to the left, the men on the outside to the right
8 bars	The head men dance to the couple on their left, join hands and circle once around, then fall back home
16 bars	All four ladies dance a slow Chaine des Dames
The side couples repeat the dance
