4 bars	The first and second couples set to their neighbour, the ladies join hands and change sides with the men; then set to their neighbour and return
4 bars	The first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up; then the first couple allemande (back to back)
4 bars	Passing each other by the right, the first couple two-hand turn their right hand corners, then their left hand corners
4 bars	The first couple lead out between the men, the first man performs a figure 8 at the bottom, first lady at the top
