8 bars	The first couple set to the second man, then circle with him once around
8 bars	The first couple set to the second lady, then circle with her once around
8 bars	The first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, the second couple move up
8 bars	The first couple allemande (e.g. overhead)
16 bars	Circle left at the bottom, then four changes of a circular hey at the top
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
