16 bars	The first couple dance a whole figure-of-eight around the second couple
16 bars	The first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up; then the first couple allemande (back to back)
16 bars	The first man dances a figure of eight around the third couple at bottom, the first lady does the same with the second couple at top
16 bars	The first couple lead through the bottom and top couples
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
