8 bars	The first couple cast off two couples and back again
8 bars	The top two couples make a right hand star once around
8 bars	The first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up
8 bars	The first couple allemande (e.g. overhead)
16 bars	Circle left at the bottom, then four changes of a circular hey at the top
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
