4 bars	The first and second couples set to their neighbour, the ladies join hands and change sides with the men; then set to their neighbour and return
4 bars	The first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up; then the first couple allemande (back to back)
4 bars	The first couple travel to their right hand corner and set, then travel to left hand corner and set, then return to places
4 bars	The first couple lead through the bottom and top couples
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
